As teachers, we are always trying to improve our practice. When we are evaluated, it gives us an idea on how to improve our practice for our students’ learning. It gives us an opportunity to collaborate with other educational professionals to become better leaders in our classroom . I see it as an opportunity for professional learning when a teacher is evaluated because the teacher being evaluated is learning how to become a better teacher from the feedback.
